Rental Rules

General rental conditions

To rent a vehicle, the driver must provide a valid driving licence and a passport or ID card. The company may request additional information to verify the booking.

The minimum driver age and driving experience may vary depending on the vehicle class. Certain models may be subject to additional restrictions or a higher deposit.

Payment and deposit

The rental price, optional services, and deposit amount are confirmed during the booking process. A booking is considered final after all conditions have been agreed with the manager.

The deposit serves as security against fines, damage, missing fuel, excessive interior soiling, and other charges provided for by the rental agreement.

Insurance and liability

The vehicle is handed over in roadworthy condition. The driver must comply with traffic regulations, use the car carefully, and immediately report any accident, breakdown, or other incident.

Fines, parking violations, driver-caused damage, and other costs incurred during the rental period are borne by the renter within the limits of the selected rate and rental agreement.

Vehicle pickup and return

The vehicle is delivered at the agreed time and place. Upon pickup, the renter should inspect the bodywork, interior, and fuel level and report any remarks before the trip begins.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Late return, insufficient fuel, or the need for additional cleaning may result in extra charges.

Cancellation and changes

Changes to dates, vehicle selection, or booking cancellation are subject to company approval and vehicle availability. Final cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed during booking approval.
